Offering temporary shelter, legal aid, and case management at the shelter and
community level; on spot psychosocial counselling to survivors of gender-based
violence, children, and immediate family members; follow up for clients and
immediate family members to check on progress of recovery from trauma; first
aid services to injured survivors before seeking treatment at a health facility;
rehabilitation and resettlement for those cases that demonstrate need; personal
safety planning; and referral to and by other service providers. Services are
offered to both male and female victims of all ages, but shelter is only for females.
